Please fill out the returns form enclosed within your parcel or download a copy here.

• You can return items that you are not happy with within 30 days from delivery.

• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

• We recommend the parcel to be sent by tracked delivery to prevent any loss or delays for your refund/exchange. Please retain the proof of postage.

• We will consider the overall condition of the product returned prior to making a refund. Any items that are not resellable will be sent back.

• We do not cover or refund any shipping costs. We do however cover the cost of the exchange shipping back to you.

Please ensure you enclose your returns form with your order and that it clearly states if you want a return or exchange.
